📦 Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.

The item must be unused, in its original condition and packaging.

Proof of purchase (order number) is required.

💰 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

🚚 Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or damaged.

Shipping costs are non-refundable.

❌ Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on items that have been used or damaged by improper handling.

🛠 Damaged or Defective Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos or videos of the issue, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
